Cancellations: We are aware that, due to unforeseen circumstances, you may be forced to cancel your reservation. Unfortunately, payments will only be refunded should you notify us at least 30 days prior to your date of arrival. Bank commission and administrative charges will be deducted from your payment. Payments are non-refundable on reservations cancelled fewer than 30 days prior to arrival.
